Web information systems
In the category of web information systems, we developed for example following applications:
TUI – internal marketing and merchandising system
The system runs in more than 130 subsidiaries of the German travel agency TUI and supports their internal process of ordering personalized merchandising items.
The underlying technology is WordPress with extensive customization. One of the significant changes was binding of the open source graphical tool Scribus into the system so it could generate printing patterns for the personalized merchandising items (e.g. a pen with custom logo or address).
VZ DATA – gathering and processing of data for public tenders
The system is built to support centralized collecting of procurement requirements. It is used to collect, categorize and process items which have to be procured using a public tender process. The underlying technology is PHP framework Symfony.
CEVOK – Implementation of Business Model Generation approach
The system was built as an educational and training system for pupils in secondary grammar schools. It allows the pupils to create business models of real or fictive companies with the aim to teach them what steps are necessary to create their own company.
